Be sure to keep an eye out for the Kangaroo's which will hop around the front of the property from time to time.

Sussex Rise Estate is located about 2kms to the local shops and waterfront where you can find cafes, supermarket, cinema, pubs/clubs and boat or pontoon hire. Swan lake inlet, Cudmirrah beach & Berrara beach is located 7 minute drive in the opposite direction. Sussex Inlet is the perfect holiday spot for families and friends who enjoy boating, fishing and water sports.

Huskisson & Vincentia are only a 30 minute drive away if you are wanting to explore the area or maybe go on a dolphin/whale watching tour.

*Late check out can be available on Sundays in off peak seasons (Enquire at Belle Property Jervis Bay)

Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

SECURITY BOND (Credit Card Pre-authorisation) of $500.00 is required for each stay and in addition to the booking charge. Please note we will process your credit card bond pre-authorisation the day prior to your arrival. 

COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS - If your stay has been cancelled due to the Federal or State Government directive, you will be entitled to a refund (booking fees and credit card fees are non-refundable) or a Credit (if you prefer).
