La Vita at Nelson Bay is a very popular, light-filled, family friendly, airconditioned resort-style holiday apartment situated in the town centre of Nelson Bay. The apartment is very well equipped, set with 2 bedrooms, with their own separate balcony, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining, and an open plan living area.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of 4 storey building, overlooking filtered views of the ocean. The apartment itself is accessible by a lift from the ground floor level as well as stairs, it currently sleeps facilitate 6 people.

The building sits right in the heart of the Nelson Bay township. The Apartment is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the D'albora Marina, local restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutiques, and specialty shops and sits within a 5-minute walk to Fly point family friendly beach. Park the car and let the family holiday or couples get-away begin!

Complete with a smart TV and free wi-fi access, this apartment is well suited for all seasons, family compositions, couples retreats and all generations.
There is a rear balcony where you can sit on the outdoor setting, enjoying a BBQ meal, on a hot summer's night, taking in the coolness of the sea breeze, whilst overlooking Nelson Bay, and filtered water views beyond. This apartment is suitable for both adult couples and small family getaways.

Important Notice: There are current construction works taking place next door. This is beyond our control and we have adjusted our prices to accurately reflect this. Views may be obstructed. The construction is only during legal hours so we hope will not negatively affect any guest stays.

Conditions of Booking:
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.

Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.

There is a refundable bond of $500, that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded up to 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification Prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Upon the confirmation of your booking, we will promptly request your information to facilitate the timely dispatch of your personalized online registration link. Your cooperation in completing this process is greatly appreciated.
