This beautiful architectural holiday house was only completed in 2019. It has a stunning interior design with luxurious furniture it will have you feeling a million dollars within minutes of entering. 

 

Its a perfect all year round get away. Heated pool drenched in sunlight makes you escape the winter months and the waterfront, private jetty and pool will help you maximize the summer!

ABOUT THE SPACE

 

Enter CLARE DE LUNE WATERFRONT with access to all levels via the lift or stairs. The entry level leads you to the sparkling in ground heated pool and alfresco bbq area which overlooks the stunning waterfront.

 

The second level is the heart of the home with the kitchen, open plan living and dining areas. The balcony has a large dining table with uninterrupted views of the ocean. There is a private hallway which leads to two beautifully styled bedrooms, one with double bed and one with queen and the main bathroom.

 

The third level features the master bedroom suite with king sized bed, private balcony and ensuite. There is a luxurious bath placed beneath an enormous observation window which maintains privacy from within while offering expansive views which capture the stunning surrounds. There is also a second master with queen size bed and ensuite.

 

THINGS TO DO:

 

-   Go fishing (bring your fishing gear)

  • Hire a paddle board or kayak
  • Read a book under cover of the alfresco
  • Basque in the tranquillity while relaxing on the jetty
  • Go for a walk or ride a bike on the popular coast walk which goes right past the property
  • Sip champagne on the balcony while watching the sunset
  • Visit some of the coasts top cafes and restaurants
  • Swim in the heated pool overlooking the stunning waterfront
  • Enjoy playing the board games and cards provided for you

Other things to note:

BOOKING Minimum two night stay.

 

NO MORE THAN 8 GUESTS are permitted to stay at CLARE DE LUNE WATERFRONT unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests MUST NOT byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.

Please note: NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY PARTY UNDER THE AGE OF #25. NO SCHOOLIES

 

PARTIES including SCHOOLIES are NOT permitted (Point Clare is a very quiet area and excess noise will immediately be noticed and reported by surrounding neighbours).

 

EVENTS with more than 8 guests on the property (not staying overnight) need to be agreed to in advance and will

include an additional cleaning fee.

 

*For security there is an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance to the house.

 

SECURITY BOND (Refundable Deposit) of $1000.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the bond amount.

 

SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds including balconies is strictly prohibited.

Any residual odour or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.

Please restrict smoking to the front of the driveway and dispose of any cigarette buts safely in the bin.

 

NO GLASS is to be taken into the pool area. We provide plastic glassware for you to use instead.
