At the rear of the property, there is a fully enclosed deck, complete with a large outdoor undercover alfresco area, dining table and BBQ. Suitable for families, singles, or groups of friends, all are most welcome all year around.
This property is a single story 1910's cottage with 2 bedrooms, large kitchen looking out to a private covered deck with a dining table.
The whole house is accessible including the enclosed deck. Guests do not have access to the backyard (via the side gate) nor studio off the deck, this is a separate dwelling.
There is plenty of on the street parking.

There is a refundable bond, that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
