There is a full open plan kitchen, set with brand new, quality appliances, dining and 2 living areas, one for the Adults and the other for the kids to get together, complete with luxury furniture and furnishings, smart tv and free Wi-Fi, this property is large enough to cater for you all, including two ensuites, and a main bathroom.
The main living room leads to a large undercover alfresco dining area at the rear with BBQ, outdoor furniture and a huge fully enclosed back yard for the kids to play a game of cricket.

There’s lots to do; watch the sunset from the jetty, at Shoal Bay, take a coastal walk around the scenic Tomaree Headlands, go surfing at one of the local surf beaches; Fingal Bay Beach, Zenith and Box Beach which are all within walking distance of the front door.
There is plenty of off street and on the street parking in the driveway plus a secure double lock up garage with internal access to store your bikes, scooters, boating or surf gear. The large fully enclosed landscaped back yard is perfect for the children to run around, kick a ball and play safely.
Other inclusions provided for your enjoyment is a full kitchen with pantry, stocked well with quality pans and kitchenware for those who love to cook, quality appliances including a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, bar stools to sit up at the breakfast bench. There is a refundable bond that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification Prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Upon the confirmation of your booking, we will promptly request your information to facilitate the timely dispatch of your personalized online registration link. Your cooperation in completing this process is greatly appreciated.
