This rustic elevated holiday home is designed across 2 floors for large or multiple families with both internal and external access. Each floor has a decked balcony, fully equipped  kitchen, 3 bedrooms, living spaces and bathroom (s).

  • No more than fourteen guests are permitted to sleep on the property. Any additional guest will result in forfeiture of bond.
  • Smoking indoors and outdoors on the property is prohibited. Evidence of smoking (such as residual odours) will result in forfeiture of the bond
  • Pets are considered on application only. 
  • Loud parties, including Schoolies, are prohibited
  • The person making the booking must be over 25 years of age and must be staying at the property
