Birdseye View Nelson Bay is a spacious second floor apartment with more than the normal bay views! The views can be seen from most angles within the apartment, from the kitchen through to the lounge, and from the side windows within each bedroom.

The apartment is open living, fully equipped and super convenient in location to the D'albora Marina, town centre (less than 500 metres walk) and local beaches.

Nelson Bay town centre has ample shops, including boutiques, homeware shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, a cinema, hairdresser and so much more!

The property sits just on 100 metres from the CBD of Nelson Bay, on a quiet one-way street overlooking d'Albora Marina and Port Stephens water ways, a 2 minute walk to each.

Take advantage of the location and book a dolphin or whale watch tour, scuba diving adventure and so many more water adventures from the marina, that sits just below the apartment building itself.

You will barely need to use the car during your entire stay. You can leave the car parked at the apartment, utilising the double car lock up garage. Height restriction of 2.1m.

Located right between Fly point family swimming beach and Dutchies swimming beach. Grab your towels, bucket and spade and walk 5 minutes one way to Fly point beach or 5 minutes in the opposite direction to Dutchies beach, along the purpose built, scenic coastal walking track, accessible just below the apartment building.

Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.

Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.

There is a refundable bond of $500, that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification Prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport. Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests.
