PLEASE NOTE THE HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET BEACHSIDE NEIGHBOURHOOD. NOISE TRAVELS EASILY, PLEASE DO NOT SOCIALISE ON THE BALCONY PAST 9PM AND KEEP THE SLIDING DOORS CLOSED. ADDITIONALLY, THE POOL IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO THE NEIGHBOURS AND ENJOY THE PEACE AND QUIET.
The house is above Macmasters Beach, with amazing views of Bouddi National Park headland, the Tasman Sea horizon, and the beach. It is a short walk down to the beachfront, where you can stroll on the sand to Copacabana or Macmasters Beach.
Wander along sandstone cliffs and coastal heaths while taking in the outstanding beauty of the Bouddi Coastal Walk. Those looking to relax with the sand between their toes can unwind at the popular Macmasters Beach or Copacabana Beach.

The owners are happy to book their home out to groups and families looking for a quiet holiday, but politely decline accepting bookings for groups looking to party and be disruptive to the neighbourhood.
Other things to note:
NO MORE THAN 8 GUESTS 8 maximum are permitted to stay at Yarram unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests MUST NOT BYO any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
No parties or events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10pm Friday and Saturday and 9pm all other nights of the week.
-Outdoor areas including the pool, both balconies and the front driveway also have the above curfew
-Please close all doors & windows after the above curfews, to minimise noise after these times
-Air conditioning units are required to be turned off between 10pm and 8am
-Pool pump is automated, however will be turned off from 9pm until 8am
We request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. Should there be ongoing noise disruption, our security company will be called to the property. This will result in a bond deduction of $500 and possible evction with no refund.

PARKING - parking is available for 2 cars.
Pets - No pets allowed
SECURITY BOND (Refundable Pre-Authorisation) of $1500.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the bond amount.
SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.
