ABOUT THE SPACE
Enter WATERFRONT at Pont Clare, with access to all levels via the lift or stairs. The entry level leads you to the sparkling in ground pool and alfresco BBQ area which overlooks the stunning waterfront.
The second level is the heart of the home with the kitchen, open plan living and dining areas. The balcony has a large dining table with uninterrupted views of the ocean. There is a private hallway which leads to two beautifully styled bedrooms, both with king singles and the main bathroom.
The third level features the master bedroom suite with queen sized bed, private balcony and ensuite. There is a luxurious bath placed beneath an enormous observation window which maintains privacy from within while offering expansive views which capture the stunning surrounds. There is also a second master with queen size bed and ensuite.

Hire a paddle board or kayak
Read a book under cover of the alfresco
Basque in the tranquillity while relaxing on the jetty

Other things to note:
BOOKING Minimum two night stay.
NO MORE THAN 8 GUESTS are permitted to stay at WATERFRONT at POint Clare unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests MUST NOT byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
Please note: NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY PARTY UNDER THE AGE OF #25. NO SCHOOLIES
PARTIES including SCHOOLIES are NOT permitted (Point Clare is a very quiet area and excess noise will immediately be noticed and reported by surrounding neighbours).
Pets – No pets allowed
EVENTS with more than 8 guests on the property (not staying overnight) need to be agreed to in advance and will
include an additional cleaning fee. Should there be ongoing noise disruption, our security company will be called to the property. If they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive it will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction.
*For security, there is an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance to the house.
SECURITY BOND (Refundable Deposit) of $1500.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the bond amount.
SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds including balconies is strictly prohibited.
Any residual odour or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.
Please restrict smoking to the front of the driveway and dispose of any cigarette buts safely in the bin.
NO GLASS is to be taken into the pool area. We provide plastic glassware for you to use instead.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption
