Almost every room has 180-degree water views. It provides spacious, clean and very modern accommodation for quiet weekends away for the family or mature couples.
With complete wheelchair access, the lift is available on request. Warm open fireplace for the winter months as well as split system airconditioning.
The house features a large open plan living and entertaining area that spills out onto a very large north facing sheltered deck with beautiful views across the water. There is a gas BBQ, table and chairs suitable for relaxing or casual entertaining
The upstairs spacious open plan living area has an open fireplace with a gourmet kitchen/dining area which is fully equipped and has an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
The downstairs living rumpus room contains one set of extra bunk beds to cater for up to 10 guests, a kitchenette, T.V., DVD collection, ping pong table, foosball table and an outside covered area.
There is a large grassed garden downstairs plus a deck overlooking a magnificent waterfront view, with access down to the waterfront reserve walking track linking Killcare, Hardys Bay and Pretty Beach. There is ample off-street parking and a double carport.
Things to Do:
Take a bushwalk along the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach.
Swim at the patrolled Killcare Beach and grab some lunch at the surf club cafe
The Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Walk to and enjoy our local cafes and restaurants.
Bedding configuration: 1 x King, 1 x Queen, 2 x singles (which can be made into a king bed) and 2 x king single bunk beds (please note the bunk beds will only be made on request)

Other things to note:
No More Than 10 Guests (Maximum of 8 Adults only and up to 10 guests including children) permitted to stay at The Canopy at Pretty Beach unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests Must Not byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
No Parties or Events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. Should there be ongoing noise disruption, our security company will be called to the property. If they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive it will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction.
Pets - Not allowed
Linen, Towels and Cleaning services are included as part of the cleaning fee.
Credit Card Pre-Authorisation (Refundable) is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the Pre-Authorisation amount.
Smoking on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption
