Nestled between Bouddi National Park and Box Head, near Killcare, the region delivers attractions on and off the beaten track. Delight your cultural fancies with exquisite art galleries, boutique shopping and fine dining along Killcare’s main shopping strip. You can also enjoy a five-star experience at the famed Bells at Killcare, one of the coast’s premier boutique hotels. Wander along sandstone cliffs and coastal heaths while taking in the outstanding beauty of the Bouddi Coastal Walk. Those looking to relax with the sand between their toes can unwind at popular Putty Beach or Little Beach.
Other things to note:
No More Than 10 Guests (6 adults and 4 children are permitted to stay at The Beacon at Pretty Beach unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests Must Not byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
Pet - small dogs non-shedding allowed upon request. No more than 2 dogs, they must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Owners must clean up after their dogs before departure and must bring their own dog-bedding. For each dog there is an additional $100 dog tariff added to your booking once pets have been approved.
Parties including Schoolies are Not permitted (Pretty Beach is a very quiet area and excess noise will immediately be noticed and reported by surrounding neighbours). Please note that the person making the booking must be staying at the property and be over the age of 25.
No Parties or Events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10 pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day.Should there be ongoing noise disruption, our security company will be called to the property. If they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive it will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction.
Linen, Towels and Cleaning services are included in the cleaning fee. Beach towels are not provided.
Our home has been set up a Booster Seat , and a Travel Cot (please bring your own baby linen). Security Bond (Refundable Deposit) of $1200.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the bond amount. Smoking on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. From the code of conduct, please take special note of: 2.5.2 A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period: (a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
