Perched high amongst the natural beauty of the bush and with stunning ocean views, ‘The Bach at Grandview’ is your answer to a relaxing, leisurely break. There’s ample space for family and friends, with three bedrooms – one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and a further single bed with trundle – along with two modern bathrooms, one with a rainfall shower.
A wooden staircase will lead you to the top level consisting of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling light-welcoming windows, where you can gaze out upon the breathtaking views from every corner of the room. This unique coastal home also boasts a wood fireplace, perfect for those chillier months.
After a day of exploring the Bouddi National Park or visiting one of the area’s pristine beaches, come home and enjoy a BBQ and dine al fresco as you watch the magnificent sunsets.
The property also comes with complimentary WIFI, Smart TV and Gaggia espresso coffee machine and grinder along with all the modern conveniences you would expect. 
Located in one of Killcare’s quieter streets, ‘The Bach at Grandview’ is ideal for those seeking a serene, laidback getaway. You’ll instantly feel at ease with the bush surroundings and the welcoming sounds of birdsong. Enviably positioned, it’s just a mere two minutes stroll from the stunning Killcare Beach, and only 10 minutes to all the fabulous cafes, boutiques and restaurants of what vibrant Hardy’s Bay has to offer.

Other things to note: 
NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS - no more than 6 people are permitted to stay unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests MUST NOT bring any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.  
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: The home is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please ensure you are respectful of the neighbours and there is to be no outdoor noise after 10pm. No music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to the immediate neighbours, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. 
Should there be noise disruption reported, our security company will be called to the property. This will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction with no refund of remaining nights’ accommodation.  
LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING, all included as part of the cleaning fee.   
CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION (Refundable) of $1,000 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the Pre-Authorisation amount. 
SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.  Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.  
PETS- Not allowed
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the Short-Term Rental Code of Conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.
