The quiet alternative to Terrigal, yet right next door, Wamberal is a favourite when it comes to holidaying on the Central Coast. There are a few great spots to eat including a new cafe called Malibu that delivers a range of contemporary eats in a gorgeous coastal setting. The Wamberal Surf Club is the place to go for great food with panoramic views. Walk along the beach to find Terrigal, famous for its great surfing, swimming and snorkelling conditions and stunning beach. When it comes to land-based activities, the Esplanade - Terrigal's social centre with shops, bars and a lively cafe culture, holds centre stage. There are many dining options, and the various pubs and cocktail bars buzz on evenings and weekends. Just behind the beach, Terrigal Lagoon is a peaceful spot to swim and relax and the popular Skillion Lookout is a steep cliff that faces the ocean, offering panoramic views across the Central Coast. To reach the headland, locals walk up a flat, grassy reserve, and at the top there's a sporting oval and walking trails.

Other things to note:
NO MORE THAN 10 GUESTS (6 adults and 4 children are permitted to stay at Waves at Wamberal unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests MUST NOT byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
No parties or events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. Should there be ongoing noise disruption and our security company is called to the property and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood, this will result in a bond deduction of $120.
LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING services are included in the cleaning fee. Please note this property has a kettle and an italian bialetti stovetop expresso but no pod coffee machine.
PARKING - parking is available for 2 cars plus off street parking.
Pets - No pets allowed
SECURITY BOND (Refundable Deposit) of $1200.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the bond amount.
SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.
