Escape to beautiful Ocean Beach for your next coastal getaway. This exceptionally modern, spacious and light-filled home boasts a spectacular ocean-front location. It has direct access to Ocean Beach, with just a few small steps over the sand dune to enjoy a family friendly patrolled beach. You can enjoy the uninterrupted ocean views from the spacious open plan living space, or the ocean-front outdoor deck, with dining area and sun lounges.

The main property has 3 bedrooms, with an additional 2 bedrooms in the back cabin. Beach Front on The Esplanade will comfortably sleep a total of 11 people (with a maximum of 8 adults), making it perfect for a few families, or an extended family holiday. There are multiple living areas, both indoors and out, so there is plenty of space for everyone.

In the main house, you will find a large master suite, with a queen bed, a comfortable sitting area, an ensuite bathroom and access to the courtyard. The other bedrooms in the main house have a queen, and a tri-bunk (double + single). The main house has a bright and modern bathroom, with shower and bath, and the cabin ensuite also has a bath.

The open plan living and dining space open out onto the huge outdoor deck, with a dining area, BBQ, and sun loungers with ocean views. You can enjoy the beach from the deck, without getting your feet sandy! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SPA IS NOT IN USE AND THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE WIFI.

NB: please note the room configuration in the cabin. Bedroom 1 must be accessed via Bedroom 2, there is a door separating the two for privacy, but please keep this in mind when allocating sleeping space to your guests.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is another listing ‘Ocean Views on the Esplanade’ on the upper level of this property, This is a smaller property that sleeps up to 7 people. Beach Front is the lower apartment, and you will share the driveway and entry courtyard with the upper apartment. Please take this into consideration when booking.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

NO MORE THAN 10 GUESTS (10 people are permitted to stay at Beach Front on the Esplanade unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests MUST NOT byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond. 

No parties or events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. Should there be ongoing noise disruption and our security company is called to the property and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood, this will result in a bond deduction of $120.

NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY PARTY UNDER THE AGE OF #25. NO SCHOOLIES

SECURITY BOND (Refundable Deposit) of $1000.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the bond amount.

SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.  Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property. 

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.
