The property is over set over two generous levels the house has plenty of space for several families to spread out. The upstairs balcony flows from the kitchen and living areas and has views down to Copacabana Beach.

Whether you are looking for a tranquil setting to relax, catch a wave at the fabled Copa Point or simply sample something delicious from Burnt Honey Bakery, there's so much on offer in Copacabana. Close to parks and a rockpool for the kids, Captain Cook lookout for spotting whales and great cafes, it is one of the Central Coast’s most relaxing locations. So kick your shoes off and head down to the sand, you have arrived at the ultimate coastal escape.

Amana at Copacabana is only suitable for families only - no bucks, students, or groups of more than 8 adults.

Unwind in your own private "home-resort", take in views down Copa beach, breathtaking sunsets across an endless sky and relax in the beautiful pool and outdoor lounging areas.

Bedroom 5 = 4 x Bunk beds (only suitable for children)

Please note: NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY PARTY UNDER THE AGE OF #25. NO SCHOOLIES, NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS.

NO MORE THAN 16 GUESTS (no more than 8 adults and 8 children) are permitted to stay unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests MUST NOT bring any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond. 

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day.

Should there be ongoing noise disruption, our security company will be called to the property, this will result in a security call out fee of $500, possible eviction and no refund of remaining nights. 

Pets - Not permitted 

LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING services are included as part of the cleaning fee.   

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION (Refundable) of $1,500.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the Pre-Authorisation amount.

SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.  Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property. 

 As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. 2.5.2 A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period: (a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
